Predatory loans and currency manipulation, which then leads to debt, subsequently followed by sanctions and threat of military intervention. China as far as I know, seems to do standard commerce with other countries and frequently forgives debt.

The accusation is that China will someday do the same thing as western countries but in a sneaky way that seems neutral/benevolent at first.
