How does one edit the names of the exercises chosen (among the ones suggested) to be used in a workout?

How do we edit workouts at all (change exercises)?..

    I would suggest FitNotes if you have an Android then instead if you’re having doubts, I’ve been using FitNotes for years now, the UX could use some work but it’s completely free otherwise with no ads so I’m happy.
