Georgia Senate Bill 30, which sought to ban all access to puberty blockers for children who are questioning their gender, has been revised to allow access to the medicine but make it harder to obtain, after a compromise was made by Rep. Sharon Cooper, R-Marietta.

TLDR: A sane Republican dialed it back from a complete ban to a bureaucratic “get two brain doctors to recommend you to a pediatric endocrinologist”.
