I can note the similar indoctrination campaign with the anti-Hong Kong racism and ableist school bullying in Parkdale high school in Toronto, Canada in 2012. Both involve the concealment of violence and bullying by one side within an illusion of utopia. When someone or the victims intervened against the repressive authority, the aggressors play the victim card and complain that the intervention is unethical regardless of the circumstance in their double standard. The propaganda for the unethical side will not only deny that the opposition to the initial aggressors are bad, but complain that the real supporters of human rights are “going too far” and “causing” the problems that were actually caused by the other side. The real aggressors will often exaggerate their self-victimization after they framed the other side for their victimization and call for violence and human rights violation against the real human rights advocates after they created enough negative attitude towards the righteous people.
