Maybe, the Uncle sam bit in particular, but the rest was just a concert. Didn’t he say something like “right fucking time, wrong fucking person” immediately after the “revolution is televised” line? It seems like it was aware of people building it up as a revolutionary moment and deliberately undercut it. I could be over or underthinking it
