      @Beetle@hexbear.net could u write me a little more of your experience? I don’t know anyone else who has this and am not doing a great job of managing it myself, and I don’t know where I can learn how to manage it better (other than just my own trial and error which is very costly, sometimes losing a week because I did one thing that was apparently “too much” even though it used to be a perfectly normal thing for me to do - mostly exercise)
