I taught my mom how to solve the 4x4 over the holidays. (She already knew 3x3)

This is crazy to me. Mine would never care enough to learn to solve even a 2x2.

I finally got a decent megaminx. I used to dislike the event, thinking of it as “big 3x3”, but I’m enjoying solving it more the I’d imagined.

Still making slow but incremental progress on 3BLD. Also doodled a few puzzle mechanism concepts, but haven’t started the CAD yet.

@threelonmusketeers What method do you use? what time do you average?
After having a few success at ~5min I stopped doing blind. I should try again. (and maybe 4bld too?)

Nothing fancy, just Old Pochmann. I don’t usually time myself, but the few times I have, I usually averaged somewhere between 10 minutes and DNF :)
