It’s comparable to drivers in the same area driving under the same conditions. Comparing it to all drivers everywhere is disingenuous.
So why are they fighting to not release crash data?
That’s actually pretty interesting. I wouldn’t have thought that the difference is that big.
My advice is that it’s OK for robotaxis to break the Highway Code if they cause fewer accidents than human drivers.
