i think the entire media class drank a gallon of koolaid when Biden won (through no fault of his own) permanently erasing the fact that yankees DO NOT and HAVE NOT, EVER, given a shit about vice-presidents. we ALL fucking know they’re a powerless boutique bodydouble for the person we’re actually voting for. the media people are so fucking deluded and out of touch they actually think vice-presidents are impactful, absolutely embarrassing and unconnected to the feeling of the people
