      I’m thinking they’ll be more like the Puch or Adler of WWIII. Maybe the Kodak or Opel. They’re not gonna come out of this being a dominant brand, they lack the affordability and scalability needed to be a major part of the post-war rebuilding, but also lack the ability to make a viable military vehicle. Troubled Wunderwaffen at best.

      I can imagine a Tesla MRAP or Jeep that’s constantly used for propaganda, but never actually sees service because it doesn’t work. After the war, I see the brand being bought up by another manufacturer or just fading into irrelevance. Supercharger network gets bought out and rebranded, and a handful of cars remain on the streets with the internet-dependent features disabled, sticking around in the used market.
