Saudi Arabia's Al-Jawf region experienced its first snowfall in recorded history, transforming the typically arid landscape into a winter wonderland. The unprecedented snowfall, preceded by heavy rains and hail, created waterfalls and revitalized valleys. While the region anticipates a vibrant spring season, the Saudi weather department issued warnings for continued severe weather, including thunderstorms, heavy rains, and strong winds.

In doomsday movies, this would be considered a harbinger. It’s also a harbinger in real life, but we pay less attention to that.

It should be pretty easy to find out, since the country has only been there for less than 100 years.
