I appreciate the honesty, Mao’s “No investigation, no right to speak” is a golden rule. I really liked the redsails link Miz posted and would suggest you read it for yourself even beyond your mod duties, it sums up the way many people I’ve known who’ve escaped the industry feel in my experience.
TBH I’ve read it, but I’ve also read critiques of it. It’s really hard for me to take sides, especially as a dude who works in an office. Can people please not have a struggle session in this comm, you’re welcome to make your own post in theory or effort.
