It doesn’t have anything with the economic relations, so capitalism can allow LGBT rights without any damage to itself.
LGBT oppression has plenty to do with patriarchy, which has plenty to do with the reproduction of the workforce, so I would say that LGBT issues actually do have plenty to do with the economic relations. Yes, some workers are allowed LGBT rights under capitalism, but the crucial thing is which workers and in what ways, and how much do capitalists invest back in reactionism, right?
In other words: Under capitalism, LGBT is tolerated… for now.
