    Answer: the US government no longer raises the minimum wage (which has not increased in 15 years) and workers’ rights have been eroded down to almost nothing

    this a bipartisan effort by the Democrats and Republicans in an attempt to keep the workers and labor costs down even going as far as to underfund education
