my pc rejects linux

I tried installing linux mint, manjaro and pop os as my main os on my Thinkpad X1 carbon but it glitches then proceeds to freeze each time i make it pass the boot section atp linux isn’t for me sadly, makes me wanna kms ngl

Sounds like a kernel video mode to me (this). Try putting nomodeset in your GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT variable. You can edit grub entries pressing “e” from the boot menu. Only if you using Grub though.
