I find that part to be the most hilarious. I intentionally tend to use mainstream liberal sources because I know that anything else will be quickly dismissed as misinformation. Turns out that we’ve reached a point where liberals are dismissing their own media when it doesn’t say what they want to hear. I recently tried debating politics online on a lemmy.world alt acc again but after someone just regurgitated nonsense they heard in their social media bubble I got so fed up I had to touch some gras.
I guess next time I’ll just follow the hexbear aproach and post pigs shitting on their own balls. Doesn’t win any argument, but feels kinda cathartic.
I find watching libs twist themselves into knots morbidly fascinating. They’re completely out of their element here and they just don’t know how to process people disagreeing with them.
