Sounds like BS I’ve seen lot of FEMA based task forces being sent and already there helping with lot of search dogs and search teams.

It’s not, FEMA famously fucked up the Kentucky floods last year, arriving late, missing supplies, backlogs, complaints of people being unable to locate officials or organizers and calling the cops on survivors
