    Because it was new and there was no budget? Just an assumption without watching the video.

    Glad it touched on localization. Very important part of translation for a game, like the author said a 1:1 translation is often very jilted while something localized into English makes a lot more sense.

    Alexander O. Smith who worked on some of the Final Fantasy games and the Dr. Slump manga translation is my favorite.
