In general I’m not a fan. I turned this off in nightly using the secret debug menu https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/mobile/android/fenix/Secret-settings-debug-menu-instructions.html , the “Navigation” option specifically.
I’m fine if they want to make it the default as long as I can turn it off.
