My lord, that looks amazing.
Beautiful, but lettuce doesn’t add anything to a burger except a slippery shear surface.
Lettuce adds crunch. Needs to be fresh lettuce though.
I use onion for crunch
A little less lettuce and it needs to be on the bottom . Keeps bun safe from the meat juices .
