I would imagine they would need softened up more than the pizza cook time would do. I’m not sure I’ve seen/heard of/tried brussel sprouts on a pizza before, but this sounds absolutely fascinating! Did you roast the brussel sprouts prior? I would imagine they would need softened up more than the pizza cook time would do. I’m not sure I’ve seen/heard of/tried brussel sprouts on a pizza before, but this sounds absolutely fascinating!
