The advantage with Lemmy is if you don’t like the rules of one server you can jump to another server and still access content. Where if you don’t like Reddit rules for content where do you go?
The main communities exist on two servers (lemmy.ml & lemmy.world). If you find the rules of both servers disagreeable, your options are limited.
You can always make a community on one of the other instances.
Too much work for nothing.
