The “mechanic” who did this number likely did it as a “fuck you” to the customer. There’s no way this was negligence or ineptitude.

They’re wheel weights for balancing. You may have some on your own wheels. It’s normal to need a few. The “mechanic” who did this number likely did it as a “fuck you” to the customer. There’s no way this was negligence or ineptitude.
