The axis of resistance is going to be the real ICJ/ UN in the end. This isn’t getting resolved through words and resolutions and judgments in liberal institutions unfortunately. Sure they provide justification for resistance, but resistance is the ultimate decider.
So when does the “responsibility to protect” come in? Is it only with regards to one’s own country or does it allow others to interfere?
