Does not have to be an MCU movie. If you love the Ben Affleck Daredevil movie, tell us why!

Logan. Such a great movie in general, even if you’d never heard of Wolverine. Great sendoff for Huge Jackedman’s portrayal of Wolverine too… Well, except that he’s coming back now. Although it’s for Deadpool, which is another favorite of mine, so I’ll forgive it.

I remember watching Logan in the theater and trying very hard not to scream excitedly to myself. Such great action, unparalleled storytelling, very emotional throughout. I really enjoy the Xmen films and how dire they can feel

Yeah that’s why I think it did so well, it wasn’t a slightly campy superhero movie like the original x-men films.

I rewatched the original xmen trilogy a few months ago. They hold up in their own way, but they don’t feel the same as they used to. It used to be novel that there were multiple characters with different powers interacting. Hard not to love Prof X and Magneto, though

I watched that and Lego Batman a week apart. Hard to find two more different superhero movies, but both great!

At any point in time it’s one of three different movies.

It’s Captain America: The First Avenger when I’m thinking about how perfectly cast Chris Evans is as Steve Rogers.

It’s Guardians of the Galaxy when I’m in the mood for a modern space swashbuckler with a great ensemble cast.

It’s Spider-Man: No Way Home when I think about the audaciousness of including three different Spidermen from the past 20 years in the same movie and because the ending sets us up for the Tom Holland as your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man movie I’ve always wanted.

I don’t think I will ever get tired of watching the first Guardians movie. It was able to spark something the other ones haven’t been able to again. Winter Solider would be the second.

The first Guardian’s really changed my out look on the marvel cinematic universe. I was worried they wouldn’t be able to make movies based off more obscure characters.
