I consider teh US a full participant. It’s the US’s proxy war, it’s US arms, it’s US intel. We weren’t just giving them stuff, we were re-fueling their planes with US aerial refueling tankers. They literally could not have done it without us.

We also provided targeting. There were a lot of double-tap strikes in that war! And we provided logistics like in-air refueling. Most importantly, the US was part of the genocidal starvation blockade. And when the Saudis realized they can no longer continue the war in late 2022, Biden was the one pressuring them to not end it.
