The article is clearly pointing out the one thing both parties would have done, regardless. American foreign policy is mostly centered on creating instability in the Middle East. Name an administration that wasn’t complicit in sanctioned murder.
Anyhow the article conflates all of the things Trump was feared to do and settles on one thing he didn’t get a chance to do. Coolsies.
